David M. Johnson, DDS

Dr. David Johnson received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Oklahoma State University in 1968. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and the recipient of a four-year swimming scholarship. He received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1972, with honors.

After graduation, he was selected for an Air Force internship, after which he spent six years on active duty. He opened his practice in Colorado Springs in 1978. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Air Force Reserves in 1997.

Dr. David is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Colorado Springs Dental Society, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He stays on the cutting-edge of dentistry by participating in sixty-plus hours of continuing education per year.

Dr. David married Paula Stogner in 1967, and they have three children: Branon, Bradley and Erica. They thoroughly enjoy their seven grandchildren and one great grandson. He enjoys camping, four-wheeling, hunting and fishing. He also serves as an elder in their church.

Branon D. Johnson, DDS

Dr. Branon Johnson was raised in the south part of Colorado Springs, where he now practices. In 1994, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During his time at CU, he played football for the Colorado Buffaloes during their National Championship years.

Dr. Branon received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio. He graduated suma cum laude in 1999. He was selected for a residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma. His position as chief resident allowed him to gain valuable experience in esthetic and implant dentistry, two areas in which he excels.

Dr. Branon is a member of the American Dental Association, The Colorado Dental Association, the Colorado Springs Dental Society, The International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. To continue to provide the most current treatment available, he participates in sixty-plus hours of continuing education per year.

Dr. Branon married Heather Burton in 1994. They have three children: Hunter works in Colorado Springs as a Software Engineer, Parker serves in the US Marine Corps and is married with one son, and Madelyn attends high school at the University School of CS. They stay very busy with their family and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Dr. Branon especially enjoys mountain biking, skiing, four-wheeling, camping, and hunting. They also enjoy spending time serving the local community in various ways.
